These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk1bd platform, including the website at tk1bd.app, all associated mobile browser experiences, and all gambling, betting, and gaming services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and tk1bd ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing a bet on the tk1bd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To access the full range of tk1bd services, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must first register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or entity.
• You must notify tk1bd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

• tk1bd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, or where continued account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

tk1bd employs SSL encryption across all account-related data transmissions. However, you acknowledge that no transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and you access the Service at your own risk with respect to transmission security.

All financial transactions on tk1bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk1bd supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tk1bd does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes communicated inside the platform. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and on any KYC verification requirements that remain outstanding.
• tk1bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

tk1bd is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions. In the event of a disputed transaction, tk1bd will conduct a reasonable investigation but its findings shall be final.

tk1bd offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following principles govern all bonus activity on the platform:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• tk1bd reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and in the process of being wagered will be honoured according to the terms under which it was issued.

tk1bd is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to sharing cards, signals, or strategies in live table games.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to derive a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a verified malfunction are void and will be reclaimed.
• Money laundering or using the tk1bd platform for any financial activity that is unlawful under applicable law. tk1bd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose not consistent with legitimate single-player use.

tk1bd employs fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tk1bd reserves the right to void all affected bets and bonuses, permanently close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. tk1bd's decision in such matters is final.

tk1bd operates as a strictly 21+ platform and is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: players may configure reminders that alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period. During this period the account cannot be used for any gambling activity.
• Self-exclusion: players may request permanent self-exclusion from the tk1bd platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period stated at the time of the request. tk1bd will take reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded player from opening a new account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tk1bd platform without express prior written consent from tk1bd. Unauthorised use of tk1bd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1bd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses sustained during technical malfunctions that have been verified and resolved in accordance with these Terms.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the availability of the Service resulting from circumstances beyond tk1bd's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, server outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if tk1bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk1bd reserves the right to terminate or suspend any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination or suspension include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the use of the Service.
• Account closure requested by the player themselves, including requests made through the self-exclusion process. Upon closure of an account, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via an approved payment method, subject to identity verification.

tk1bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tk1bd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the tk1bd Service following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and tk1bd arising from your use of the Service, you agree to first contact tk1bd support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. tk1bd will endeavour to respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available under applicable law. tk1bd's decisions on all gaming outcomes, bonus settlements, and account matters are final and binding absent manifest error.
